Warframe Comic (2017)

Warframe is a popular third-person shooter game developed by Digital Extremes. In 2017, the company released a comic book series based on the game, titled Warframe 2017. The comic was written by Matt Hawkins, Ryan Cady, and David Wohl, with art by Studio Hive.

The comic is set in the same universe as the game and follows the adventures of a group of Tenno, elite warriors with powerful suits called Warframes that give them incredible abilities. The main character of the comic is Excalibur, a Tenno with a sword and the ability to manipulate energy.

In the far future, humanity's descendants scramble to survive in a galaxy rife with conflict, scavenging for ancient technology and long-forgotten secrets. Excalibur being sent on a mission to rescue a group of hostages from the Grineer, a race of militarized clones. Along the way, he is joined by other Tenno, including Rhino, Nyx, and Mag. Together, they fight their way through the Grineer forces to preserve peace and keep the technological masterpieces of the long-dead Orokin out of the wrong hands and eventually rescue the hostages.

However, their victory is short-lived as they discover that the Grineer have been experimenting with a new weapon that can disrupt the energy that powers the Warframes. The Tenno must race against time to stop the Grineer from unleashing this weapon and destroying their ability to fight back.

The comic is filled with intense action scenes, showcasing the Tenno's incredible abilities and the brutal nature of the Warframe universe. The artwork is stunning, with vibrant colors and detailed designs that bring the characters and their world to life.
